Primary Responsibilities :

• Reading and interpreting blue prints and product specifications
• Using Hand Tools and measuring devices to perform basic tasks
• Using power tools and welding equipment to perform complex tasks
• Working within teams or independently as directed
• Complete required assembly activities for an assigned cell while consistently maintaining product quality and safe work practices
• Meet and maintain daily production rates & goals as established and required by the company
• Read and follow standard work instructions.
• Keep Supervisor / Group Lead / Manufacturing Technicians informed of cell activity including but not limited to information related to quality personal parts supply and safety issues that may occur within the scope of responsibility
• Complete all required cell activities and documentation for assigned work cell as requested by supervisor.
• Attend all required training
• Assure a quality focus is maintained at all times
• Address all quality and safety concerns via the appropriate channel for an assigned cell
• Participate in all required continuous improvement activities as requested or required by the company
• Utilize Lean concepts and provided tool tools in order to improve the production process
• Assure work environment is clean orderly and free of safety hazards at all times
• Actively participate in all department projects tasks and objectives including but not limited to continuous improvement activities
• Maintain the highest ethical standards as well as absolute personal and intellectual integrity mature judgment and innate cooperative nature.
• Other activities as needed and requested
• Must be able to use all required tools in an assigned work area
