About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Video Platform team. This is a critical, high-impact role responsible for the foundational services that power Verkada’s entire video ecosystem. You will own the core infrastructure that ensures the reliable storage, encryption, and low-latency streaming of video from millions of cameras to users around the world.

You will be the product leader for the teams that build and maintain our entire video pipeline—from the camera’s onboard storage and cloud backup systems to the global streaming infrastructure and the software for our Viewing Station products. Your work will be the stable, scalable, and secure platform upon which all other camera features are built, directly impacting every Verkada customer.

What You'll Do

• Own the Core Platform : Drive the product roadmap for foundational camera services, including camera configuration, bulk management, fleet health monitoring, and the first-time setup experience
• Lead Video Streaming & Playback : Define the future of our video delivery systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end streaming experience, including live viewing, historical playback, video and audio quality, and our RTSP and API-based streaming solutions
• Drive Storage & Data Integrity : Manage the product strategy for our hybrid-cloud storage architecture, ensuring video is reliably stored on-camera and in the cloud. You will own features related to retention, cloud backup, and storage fleet management
• Champion Enterprise-Grade Security : Lead our data protection initiatives, including our advanced Enterprise Controlled Encryption (E2EE) solution, giving customers exclusive control over their data
• Deliver at Global Scale : Partner with engineering to scale our infrastructure, spin up new data residency locations, and build enterprise-grade tools like our Bandwidth Manager
• Collaborate Across the Business : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales leadership to define your strategy and deliver features that delight customers and drive growth in key regions like Americas, EU and JAPAC

Annual Pay Range

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and / or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
