The SVP of Technology leads the global technology function for EverWell, a EverCommerce business focused on the Beauty and Wellness industry. They are responsible for the engineering and platform strategy across both Timely and SalonBiz.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the SVP of Technology ensures the technical vision aligns with company objectives, leads high-performing engineering teams, and drives product delivery excellence, platform scalability, and innovation. This role partners closely with the SVP of Product and other senior leaders to ensure we're building market-leading products that delight our customers and support EverWell's business growth and operational maturity.

Key areas you'll focus on : As SVP of Technology, you'll define and deliver the long-term technology vision for EverWell. You'll set the technical direction across Timely and SalonBiz, ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, and innovative, while balancing speed, risk, and customer needs. You'll oversee platform architecture and modernization, driving improvements in cloud strategy, DevOps, and system reliability. At the same time, you'll build and lead distributed engineering teams, fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and high performance. Operational excellence will be central. Owning delivery KPIs, budgets, vendors, and tooling, while ensuring our platforms meet the highest standards for performance and security. You'll partner closely with EverCommerce on compliance and risk, embedding strong security practices and staying ahead of emerging threats. Collaboration is key. You'll work hand in hand with Product on roadmaps and priorities, engage Sales, Support, and Success to capture customer needs, and align with Finance and IT to ensure robust governance and cost efficiency. Ultimately, you'll be the voice of technology at the executive level, championing engineering excellence and customer-first delivery.

What you'll bring. 10+ years in technology leadership roles, ideally across multiple SaaS products or business units. Proven experience leading engineering and platform teams at scale. Strong commercial acumen. Strong ability to manage costs and pragmatically work with capacity to deliver on company goals. Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, DevOps, platform thinking, and modern SDLC practices. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on engagement and pragmatism. Track record of growing inclusive and high-performance engineering cultures. Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management, from execs to individual contributors. A champion for continuous improvement, customer focus, and clear decision-making.
