A company is looking for a Demand Generation Manager who can create and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and launch impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, email, paid media, and web
Optimize full-funnel demand generation efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads
Leverage data insights and AI tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and accelerate pipeline growth
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or creative marketing
2+ years of experience in a people management role
Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Marketo, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and campaign optimization
