Investment Analyst

Are you ready to make an impact? Modern Woodmen of America has an opportunity to join our Investment team as an Investment Analyst, Fixed Income. You would collaborate with other analysts on the development, monitoring, and administration of our $11+ billion fixed income portfolio.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in implementing the company’s investment goals & strategies.
• Evaluate current financial markets, trends, and the overall economic landscape to find potential opportunities for the various fixed income portfolios.
• Follow and maintain relevant market information to prepare written / oral reports for Investment Committee, Board of Directors, regulators, and auditors.
• Perform fundamental company-specific credit analysis from both a quantitative and a qualitative standpoint.
• Recommend securities to Portfolio Managers, based on relative value analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with multiple brokers, research analysts, and other internal departments.
