Quality Assurance Specialist

Kelly Science is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join a client located in the Boston, MA area.

Pay : $25-35 / hour

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections and quality audits of products and processes.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance activities and findings.

Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards.

Address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology).

Proven experience in quality assurance within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., FDA, GMP).
