Dataiku Platform Support Specialist

3+ years of experience of hands-on experience working with the Dataiku platform in an enterprise setting and ideally in Banking & Financial Services.

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning, with hands-on exposure to model development, feature engineering, and data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues within Dataiku.
• Deep knowledge of Dataiku’s visual and code-based functionalities, including visual recipes, Python notebooks, SQL integration, and ML workflows.
• Experience with data science and analytics workflows, with the ability to guide users through best practices.
• Excellent communication and training skills, with experience in user support, documentation, and technical enablement.
