Sr. Manager EHS and Facilities

Job Description

We're supporting a fast-growing aerospace manufacturer seeking an EHS and Facilities Sr Manager to build and manage world-class environmental, health, safety, and facility programs. You'll be the driving force behind safe, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations that support engineering, production, and test teams. This role is highly cross-functional and ideal for someone who brings operational rigor, strong facilities oversight, and a real commitment to safety culture.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning with on-the-floor execution-driving safety culture, operational readiness, and scalability as the organization expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state / local regulatory requirements
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions
• Conduct regular risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
• Champion a proactive safety culture through training and engagement
• Develop and maintain emergency response and action plans
• Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and infrastructure projects
• Manage vendor relationships for maintenance and facility services
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Support facility expansion and space planning initiatives

The pay range for this role is $120,700 - $175,000 per year.
