Job Description
We're supporting a fast-growing aerospace manufacturer seeking an EHS and Facilities Sr Manager to build and manage world-class environmental, health, safety, and facility programs. You'll be the driving force behind safe, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations that support engineering, production, and test teams. This role is highly cross-functional and ideal for someone who brings operational rigor, strong facilities oversight, and a real commitment to safety culture.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning with on-the-floor execution-driving safety culture, operational readiness, and scalability as the organization expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state / local regulatory requirements
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions
- Conduct regular risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
- Champion a proactive safety culture through training and engagement
- Develop and maintain emergency response and action plans
- Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and infrastructure projects
- Manage vendor relationships for maintenance and facility services
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Support facility expansion and space planning initiatives
The pay range for this role is $120,700 - $175,000 per year.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field7-10 years of progressive experience in EHS and facilities management5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environmentsExperience within aerospace, high-tech manufacturing, or advanced production settingsKnowledge & Skills
Deep understanding of OSHA, EPA, Cal / OSHA, and Cal / EPA standardsStrong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvementProven track record managing multi-site operations (preferred)Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsHands-on, proactive approach with strong leadership and influencing ability
