LEGAL CALENDARING CLERK

Fresno, CA | Full-Time | On-Site | Pay : $25 / hour + DOE

AppleOne has partnered with a highly respected and well-established law firm seeking an experienced Legal Calendaring Clerk to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a professional, fast-paced environment supporting a busy commercial litigation practice.

About the Role :

The Legal Calendaring Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and managing all case-related deadlines, ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures. This role is vital to the efficiency and accuracy of the firm’s litigation operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update litigation calendars for multiple attorneys.
• Review pleadings, discovery, and court documents to identify and enter deadlines.
• Calculate timelines in accordance with local, state, and federal court rules.
• Communicate critical deadlines and reminders to attorneys and staff.
• Coordinate with the legal team to schedule hearings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Assist with other administrative and case management duties as needed.

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
