• This position REQUIRES Licensure in North Carolina

What You'll Do : PT🦾

📌Perform equipment & environmental assessments like the home-modification detective you are

📌Recommend all the fun stuff — wheelchairs, walkers, specialty beds, ramps, bathroom mods, orthotics

📌Partner with ATPs, vendors, contractors

📌Complete insurance paperwork, LMNs , and provide follow-up training (Cape not required, patience very required)

SLP 🗣️

📌Assess communication needs & match members with the perfect AAC system (your inner tech nerd may squeal. That's okay.)

📌Conduct Medicaid-approved AAC trials like the assistive tech scientist you are

📌Reduce behavior challenges by boosting communication skills (speech magic, basically)

📌Provide device training for members & caregivers — and celebrate all the wins
