  • Willing to wait for license
  • BC required
  • Weekdays, Days, No call
  • Need coverage for a minimum of 3 - 6 months
  • Looking for a provider who can see at least 12 patients per day and manage a complex patient panel
  • Will consider FM for adults only but will take IM or FP
  • Credentialing needed
  • DEA needed
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
