As a valued CNA team member, you will :

• Provide daily care and personal support based on each resident's care plan
• Monitor and report resident status changes promptly
• Build warm, respectful connections with residents and families
• Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, comfort, and safety needs
• Accurately document care activities and follow all facility procedures
• Respond to call lights quickly and ensure ongoing resident well-being
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Help create a calm, respectful, and positive care environment every shift

Active California CNA certification in good standing

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A caring attitude and desire to support residents with dignity and respect

Reliability and professionalism especially during the overnight hours
