The Managed Device Systems Administrator is a front-line, hands-on support expert for the school. The primary function of this role is to provide timely and effective on-site technical support for all Apple and Google technologies and to proactively manage the entire lifecycle of all end-user devices at Orangewood. This individual is responsible for the configuration, deployment, monitoring, and security of the school's device fleet. They ensure that all managed devices are stable, secure, and optimized to provide a reliable technology experience for students, faculty, and staff.

Requirements :
Preferred Education Requirement : Associate or bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred; relevant Apple certifications accepted in lieu of degree.
Years of Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) in an education or enterprise environment. Experience with Apple School Manager is highly desired.
Certification(s) Preferred : Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or JAMF Certified Associate / Tech preferred. Deep understanding of iOS / iPadOS and macOS. Proficiency with MDM platforms (JAMF, Mosyle, etc.), mass deployment workflows, and inventory management.
