We have a fantastic opportunity for an Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on the weekends! This role is a vital part in the care of our residents and and to be a valued member of our community! We look forward to learning more about how, together, we can Transform the Perception of Age!

Our Licensed Practical Nurses :

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our residents.
• Work with a team of professionals to ensure the residents comprehensive needs are met.
• Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted
• Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete
• Attend meetings, trainings
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age, our Culture of Excellence, in all areas of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
