Join our dynamic team at Laka Group SRL as an Email / Chat Support Specialist in the Civil Engineering this role you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service through email and chat communication channels.

Location : United States (Remote)

Pay : $30 - $33 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via email and chat
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services
• Assist customers with order processing account management and technical support
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Skills :

Excellent written communication skills in English Proven experience in customer service or support role Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM systems and help desk software Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering terminology is a plus

Required Education :

High school diploma or equivalent required Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
