    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President for Disability and Refugee Services to join their mission of empowering individuals from diverse communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and management of the functional areas within both departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with disabilities, refugees, and other immigrants. This role involves workforce development management, program oversight, team management, and strategic collaboration. The Vice President will work closely with the Senior Vice President to evaluate workforce requirements, develop and implement education and training programs, and enhance the visibility of the programs. They will also be involved in team leadership, performance tracking, and will be expected to participate in strategic planning activities to align program goals with organizational objectives. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in leadership roles focusing on disability and refugee services. The role requires a strong knowledge of policies, regulations, and best practices in the field, as well as demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Key competencies include business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
