About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Disability and Refugee Services to join their mission of empowering individuals from diverse communities. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in leadership roles focusing on disability and refugee services. The role requires a strong knowledge of policies, regulations, and best practices in the field, as well as demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
