Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse team of Client Care Professionals, ensuring effective problem solving and client support
Analyze and coach team performance using Voice of the Customer survey data to enhance client experience
Develop and implement goals and metrics for team members to align with operational standards
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience
Five+ years of Contact Center experience with two years+ in a leadership role
Knowledge of financial products
Experience with systems including Salesforce, Avaya CMS, and Workforce Management
FINRA Series 6 and 26 required or to be obtained within 180 days of hire
