SUMMARY :

The Project Billing Accountant is responsible for providing billing support to assigned functional areas of the Project Billing Department for the Company. This position is located in Pittsburgh, PA and reports to the Corporate Billing Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Create Customer Projects containing all pertinent billing information
• Issue invoices to customers on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule
• Enter invoicing details into customer invoicing web sites if required
• Ensure that submitted information is accurate and in compliance with company accounting standards
• Work with operations team to finalize invoices for submittal to client
• Investigate and resolve billing issues to ensure projects are billed within the appropriate time frame
