Required Qualifications
- PMP certification (required).
- 10 years of experience in healthcare project or program management.
- Strong background in health insurance pharmacy benefits or provider systems.
- Demonstrated expertise working with medical and pharmacy claims data.
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret data trends and financial outcomes.
- Proven experience creating business cases managing budgets and delivering ROI driven results.
- Experience managing data integrations data platforms or large-scale analytics initiatives.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
