Training and onboarding : THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING IN Pediatric Home Health. TCPS provides training, where RN's / LPN's spend significant time in a paid training preceptorship. To build a solid foundation and ensure your success as a Pediatric RN / LPN to care for a child that has acute medical needs. This training provides the opportunity to be immersed in personal setting with medically complex children, and see what home health care is really about.

This passion took hold of them over 30 years ago as they started their ministry working with children in the foster care system that experienced medical needs. They have devoted their lives to providing the best medical care possible in the home care setting. As they, as well as, many employees, share the understanding of the day to day struggles and joys, that come along with having children with high medical needs.
