Position Overview :

We are currently seeking both experienced and entry-level carpenters to join our team. Our primary work involves interior home remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and custom cabinetry. The majority of our projects take place indoors, providing a stable, controlled environment that is less affected by weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities :

Framing on residential remodeling projects, some room additions, and new build

Installation of cabinetry, trim, doors, and other finish carpentry elements

Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the job

Work collaboratively with the project team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications :

Previous experience in framing and / or finish carpentry is preferred, but not required for entry-level positions

Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to meeting deadlines

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the trade
