Key Tasks

Produce

a quality product by correctly dipping mandrels according to procedures.

COMPLETES DIPPING PROCEDURES BY :

Operating

the dip tower by dipping rack in coagulate tank and neoprene tank according to

instructions indicated on side of tank and work instructions. Fill tanks, change screens, and change totes

as necessary.

MAINTAINS

MANDREL CLEANLINESS BY :

Inspecting

mandrels for foreign matter and removing foreign matter before proceeding to

coagulate tank.

MANAGES

TRACKING INFORMATION ON CONFORMAL BY :

Stamping

all pertinent information on conformal and / or back after it has been dipped.

MANAGES

ACCURATE RECORDS BY :

Recording

cart numbers on the dip sheet.

MAINTAIN

QUALITY SERVICE BY :

Keeping error rates minimal

and within acceptable ranges; maintaining an efficient work pace; meeting and

exceeding all performance measurements : quantity, accuracy, timeliness, and

thoroughness of work performed.

previous relevant experience.

Must be skill checked on 10

positions within the assigned department.

Will still be required to complete tasks from associate conformal

operative 1 and 2.
