Regional Sales Manager

Rocky Mountain region/ Full-time

Your responsibilities

Manages the District Sales Managers in order to establish and maintain strong customer relationships and execute sales of all BSH brands.

·Achieves respective brand sales plan (Thermador, Bosch, and Gaggenau).

·Responsible for assigning sales quotas to DSMs (District Sales Manager) in support of the overall regional quota.

·Travels, develops and maintains relationships with all accounts and DSMs (District Sales Managers).

·Manages accrued programming and display budgets for region.

·Coaches and manages DSMs to present programs (to principles/sales managers) to enhance order results.

·Responsible for communicating the monthly regional turnover forecast to Supply Chain and Demand Planning.

·Manages DSMs to ensure they process credits, pricing errors, RAs and, displays in a timely manner while maintaining all BSH Policies.

·Assists in the coordination (gathering and analyzing) of competitive regional pricing and marketing programs (volume rebates, buy programs, SPA's, spiffs, etc.).

·Coordinate needed Thermador, Bosch and Gaggenau programming for the achievement of sales plan.

·Manages information flow to Head of Sales on a daily/weekly basis.

·Monitors the maintenance and development of all product displays including POP and display cleanliness.

·Performs all other duties as assigned. Including personnel development of DSMs

Your profile

·Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration) – Required

·5-7 Years of Experience (Negotiating Experience) – Required

·5-7 Years of Experience (People Management Experience) – Required

·10+ Years of Experience (Sales Experience) – Required

·Domestic Travel by car, airplane, boat, etc. - can include overnight and weekends.

·Must be able to drive to visit assigned accounts daily in territory.

·Must have an active driver's license in good standing with the DMV.

·Strong training/coaching skills (both product & sales associate development).

·Strong communication & presentation skills.

·Time management skills.

·Strong negotiations skills.

·Team building skills.

·Analytical skills with close attention to details.

·Sales experience in a business to business setting.

·Strong presentation skills with sales person to buyer experience.

·Proven sales track record of success.

·Appliance & management experience.

·Travel Percentage – 50%

Your Pay & Benefits

The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.

Benefits offered include the following:

·Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability benefits, employee assistance program (EAP), Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Account (HSA) participation starting on the first day of the calendar month following date of hire.

·Wellness Plan that allows participating employees to earn lower medical care premiums.

·401(k) Retirement Plan starting on the first day of the calendar month following 30 days of service. The plan provides a fully vested 100% employer match on the first 4% of compensation contributed and also includes an annual employer-funded profit sharing contribution dependent on company profitability.

·Two weeks of paid vacation for all non-temporary status new hires below Director level positions. Vacation entitlement increases based on years of service with BSH.

·Unlimited paid vacation for all Director and above level positions.

·The greater of (a) 40 hours of paid sick leave or (b) state or local minimum requirements for paid leave (Non-Production Line).

·40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line).

·12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day).

·Adoption Reimbursement Program, Perks at Work, and BSH Employee Purchase Program.

·BSH provides ongoing product training, uniforms, computer tablet, cell phone and a company vehicle for eligible positions.
