Kittyhawk is a company that is growing with locations in Garden Grove – CA, Canby – OR, and Albany - OR. We operate some of the world’s largest state-of-the-art Hot Isostatic Presses. We are processing parts for the Aerospace, Medical, Energy, Defense, and Firearms industries.

The Data Entry Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone

etiquette, communication, and various clerical tasks. Our team needs the support of a detailed, energetic and eager person.

SCHEDULE : MONDAY-FRIDAY, 7AM-3 : 30PM - FULL TIME - ON-SITE

ESSENTIAL / PRIMARY DUTIES

• Enter customer and account data from source documents in an accurate and timely manner
• Compile, verify for accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Perform data entry for accounting, sales, quality, and other departments
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
• Provide administrative support
• Scan documents and print files when needed
• Keep information confidential
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements : JOB REQUIREMENTS

PREFERRED EDUCATION : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field is preferred but not required. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE : 2+ years of data entry, office work, and Microsoft 365.
