Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Lead 23 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured evidence-based curriculum.
  • Facilitate group discussions using a plug and play approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
  • Collaborate with prescribers care navigators and recovery coaches.
  • Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
  • Support a positive recovery-oriented environment for members.
  • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups mission.

Qualifications

  • $2000 Sign On Bonus!
  • Remote hires not included must be an in-office staff member.
  • Salary range : $50000-$70000 / year
  • Based on experience and education
  • Schedule : Mon 12p-9p; Tues 9a-8p; Wed 9a-5p; Thurs 8a-8p

    • Bachelors degree.

    An active IN behavioral health license or certification including but not limited to : CADAC II - V LCSW LMHC LMFT LCAC LSW LMHC-A LMFT-A LAC LCAC-A and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states

  • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
  • High comfort level with Technology : EMR Telehealth software Google products (Gmail Google Docs / Sheets / Drive) mobile apps etc.
  • Compassion collaboration commitment to quality care and an investment in member success.
  • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
  • Other preferred backgrounds experience and skills include : mental health social work substance use disorder treatment therapy human services social services medication assisted treatment or MAT.
