Job Description

OVERVIEW:

The credit analyst is responsible for the credit extension and collection of A/R for an assigned area in accordance with CE policy and law.

Duties:

Work closely with branch managers, sales, customers, to resolve credit and collection issues to include outbound collections calls.

Balance cultivating strong relationships with dealers, while working to keep 90+ day past due accounts, aging, and write offs to a minimum.

Responsible for handling and storage of your credit files and account receivable records within assigned area.

Handle bonds and liens for assigned area.

Provide ad-hoc reports to management.

Attend sales and customer meetings pertaining to credit matters.

Analyze collection process and establish best practices.

Additional projects can be assigned at any time.
