Job Summary

Future Bars is looking for prep staff at our central kitchen. While our kitchen does not operate on a by-ticket system all products produced and created will be used in the daily production of high-quality handcrafted cocktails and our various bar outlets in San Francisco and the East Bay. General duties will be performed at our downtown San Francisco location primarily from the hours 7am to 3pm Tuesday - Saturday.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cook prepare or batch syrups bitters and other cocktails ingredients
• Keep assigned station clean and help during end of day cleanup
• Use knowledge of food preparation to assure consistency
• Cut slice and package fruits and vegetables
• Squeeze strain and bottle fresh juice
• Deliver finished products to bars for daily service
