Location : Hybrid (Mon Thurs onsite at our NYC HQ; Friday WFH)

Overview

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and data-driven Ecommerce Coordinator to support daily operations of our online store, with a strong focus on Shopify management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopify, an eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate product listings, promotions, digital content, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management

• Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, SEO tags, images, inventory, and pricing.
• Ensure product data accuracy and consistency across the site.
• Support operations manager with troubleshooting and coordinating technical issues with developers or Shopify apps.

Content & Merchandising

Inventory Coordination

Marketing & Promotion Support

Analytics & Reporting.

App & Tool Management

What We Offer

Salary : The anticipated base salary is $55k-70k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
