Delivery Lead – AI Solutions to manage the successful execution and delivery of AI-driven projects and programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI / ML technologies, project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving the adoption of AI solutions that meet business objectives.

Candidate should have worked in the Automotive / Manufacturing domain

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Delivery Management :

o Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from planning and development to deployment and post-implementation support.

o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting quality standards.

o Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics.

o Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

o Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and analysts.

o Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.

o Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies in projects, and develop effective mitigation strategies.

o Proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.

o Establish and maintain best practices in AI project delivery, including Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines.

o Continuously improve delivery frameworks to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

o Track and evaluate project performance against defined KPIs and success metrics.

o Prepare and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.

o Ensure all deliverables meet technical, functional, and business requirements.

o Conduct post-delivery evaluations to gather feedback, identify lessons learned, and improve future projects.

Experience :

Skills & Expertise :

o Familiarity with AI / ML technologies, frameworks, and lifecycle stages, including data preparation, model development, and deployment.

o Understanding of AI applications such as predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and automation.

o Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).

o Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar.

o Ability to align AI solution delivery with business objectives and client needs.

o Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple projects

Leadership & Communication :

o Exceptional leadership and team management skills to drive accountability and performance.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

o Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices for AI / ML deployment.

o Experience with big data technologies and AI tools is a plus.
