Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and hire top talent to meet salon staffing needs.
- Assess team member performance and set individual goals.
- Provide quality client consultations and apply appropriate hair service techniques.
- Participate in approved marketing initiatives to enhance salon visibility in the community.
- Educate clients and staff about hair care and products that maintain styles.
- Uphold exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct customized consultations with every client, confirming service prices upfront.
- Handle all administrative tasks efficiently, such as inventory, scheduling, and closing till operations.
- Maintain clear communication with all clients and team members.
- Meet or exceed salon productivity standards.
- Safeguard salon assets and ensure cash handling practices are adhered to.
- Lead and train staff on all offered services at the salon.
- Be flexible in scheduling, including the possibility of night and weekend shifts.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and meetings as required.
- Enforce and model company policies and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Willingness to travel to different salon locations as needed.
- Must maintain full-time status to meet business needs.
- Physical requirements include the ability to bend, lift (10-15 pounds), and stand for extended periods.
Experience:
- Minimum of three years as a Stylist is preferred.
- At least one year in a salon leadership position is preferred.
Education:
- Must hold a valid cosmetology or barber's license.
- Completion of required training determined by Regis is mandatory.
- *All Supercuts Salon Leaders must complete the Hair Stylist Academy certificate.
Work Location:
- This role is based in a Regis salon (Supercuts, Holiday Hair, or Cost Cutters).
