A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel, AMER.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, providing strategic legal support to internal teams
Advise on go-to-market strategies and provide day-to-day legal advice across the business
Proactively identify legal risks and contribute to building internal legal infrastructure
Required Qualifications
US-qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial, IP / IT, or tech law
Experience negotiating complex B2B agreements across borders
Ability to deliver practical, business-minded solutions and communicate complex legal concepts clearly
Experience working autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
