Office Assistant / Outbound Caller

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Office Assistant / Outbound Caller for their Home Insurance team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective customers
- Cultivate strong working relationships with agents, lenders and settlement service providers
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet team and company objectives
- Retrieve voicemail messages
- Distribute outgoing items
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
