Adecco Staffing is assisting Chico's FAS with their search or a Store Facilities Specialist. This is a 3 month assignment to start with option to be extended for the right candidate.

Position Objective

This position is responsible for the facilities maintenance of a distributed portfolio of remote locations. The position ensures a clean, safe, comfortable, energy efficient and operationally effective environment for Chico’s FAS, Inc.’s Associates and Customers to successfully interact, every day.

Primary areas of responsibility include : Work Order Management, Software management, Reporting / Analytics, Brand Image / Standards, Capital projects, Flooring, Painting, Plumbing, Janitorial, General R&M (awnings, doors, locks, drywall, paint, windows, elevators, etc.), Life-safety and all code compliance, Operational items (Marketing materials, rollouts, VIP visits, etc.).

Qualifications

Good technical knowledge in all facets of the commercial / retail property / facilities management industry

Strong quantitative skills such as statistics and data analysis.

Ability to manage multiple project tasks of varying scopes concurrently, while meeting all timelines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to appropriately communicate and otherwise handle controversial and sensitive business information

Ability to negotiate effectively / successfully

High sense of urgency

Ability to understand customer priorities and terminology

Self-starter with ability to manage own workload and complex projects from beginning to end

Ability to persuade, and / or influence others to gain cooperation to meet or exceed customer service standards both internally and externally.

Ability to adapt to change quickly

Logical, methodical and intuitive thinker

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
