Our client is a well-established, growing conglomerate with multiple lines of business across a few industries. They have great people and excellent resources. They are looking for a highly-experienced Senior Director of Tax to join their existing team and oversee all tax compliance and planning.

Location : Los Angeles, CA.

Base Pay : $220,000 - $250,000 per year. Additional compensation : Annual Bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee tax compliance for over 10 entities across 3 states.
  • Help manage an existing team and report to the CFO.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and processes at all levels.
  • Impact operations from day 1 as a key part of growth.

Qualifications

  • Must have an active CPA.
  • Must have experience with complex business returns, including HNW Individuals.
  • Must have strong experience with S‑Corps, Partnerships, and LLCs.
