Your Role :

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will provide compassionate and high-quality therapy to patients in their homes. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities :

✅ Implement therapy treatment plans as directed by the PT

✅ Provide therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and patient education

✅ Document patient progress and communicate updates to the PT and care team

✅ Travel locally to patient homes

✅ Help patients and families understand care plans and therapy goals

What You Need :

✅ Active PTA license in the state of Texas

✅ CPR Certification

✅ Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

✅ Strong communication and time management skills

✅ Home health experience is a plus, but not required

✅ A genuine passion for patient care and helping others
