Position Summary

The Loan Processor is responsible for making outbound calls to customers and dealers to complete auto loan verifications. The ideal candidate provides a high level of customer service and communication when speaking with customers and outside vendors. They will also have excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Other duties include supporting the Funding Department with general office duties. This includes maintaining files, databases, and spreadsheets. As well as assisting including filing, photocopying, and faxing. This is an entry level position where you will learn Loan Packaging and Processing.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent at communicating- Verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills, both
• High School Diploma required
• Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
