Senior Loss Mitigation Underwriter

A company is looking for a Senior Loss Mitigation Underwriter who will be responsible for underwriting loss mitigation applications.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze loan quality and compliance with guidelines

Conduct Verification of Income (VOI) and calculate debt-to-income ratios

Document final decisions and maintain compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Four (4) plus years of underwriting experience or servicing / loss mitigation
