Are you a sharp-minded Security Administrator / Facility Security Officer who has a strong grasp of compliance and program management? If you're ready to take on a new challenge supporting the U.S. Navy, we are looking for a Security Administrat ive Support who's eager to utilize process-minded skills to ensure Navy personnel access controls.

Position Description : The Security Administrator / Facility Security Officer is responsible for scheduling and conducting access control authorizations for naval personnel in support of the Department of the Navy (DON) security and clearance program .

Minimum / General Experience : 5 years of experience working with Navy personnel security systems and Navy databases ; 2 years as a qualified Facility Security Officer (FSO)

Minimum Education : High School diploma

Essential Skills / Qualifications :

• Above average experience working with Navy personnel security systems and Navy databases
• Above average experience with Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent understanding of FSO protocols and compliance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships
• Ability to collaborate and problem-solve in a team environment
• Experience with Navy administrative programs, personnel instructions, and correspondence (preferred)

General Physical Requirements needed to perform the essential functions of this job may vary based on the location of the assignment .

Security : Must have an active Secret security clearance to be considered; Ability to maintain a DoD Clearance

Compensation & Benefits : The annual projected pay range for this position is $52,067 - $73,240 with consideration being given to various factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, job responsibilities, and geographic location.
