Accounts Payable Clerk

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, process, and post invoices accurately and timely

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with research of payment discrepancies

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required

0 to 1 year of relevant work experience in accounts payable

Exceptional typing and 10 key by touch skills required

Microsoft Office suite experience required; intermediate Excel skills preferred

Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred
