A company is looking for an Account Manager to handle renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within current clients while seeking new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets through account management
Document pipeline activity in Salesforce and adhere to MEDDPICC sales methodology
Manage customer relationships to ensure positive user experience and identify new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Operations is a plus
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a SaaS or tech industry
Experience with RF(x) responses or proposal management is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage a global account base
Familiarity with B2B sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC
