Summary : We are seeking an experienced People Intelligence & Analytics leader to drive our global HR transformation. This role will design, implement, and scale our People Intelligence & Analytics workstream, leveraging primarily Workday platform which includes Prism, People Analytics SKU, Illuminate, and Innovation Services to create actionable insights for leaders, HR, and employees across Hitachi. This leader will play a pivotal role in transforming how data is used to drive business decisions, ensuring analytics are trusted, scalable, and embedded in the flow of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global People Intelligence & Analytics workstream as part of Global Digital HR organization.
• Build a roadmap from reporting ? intelligence ? predictive ? prescriptive analytics.
• Own deployment and adoption of Workday including Prism, People Analytics SKU dashboards, and insights.
• Partner with Workday Innovation Services to prototype and scale advanced use cases.
• Deliver dashboards and predictive models on headcount, attrition, diversity, mobility, skills, and workforce cost.
• Blend HR, Finance, and external labor data to create forward-looking insights.
• Establish global data standards, governance, and ownership models.
• Ensure integrity, accuracy, and security of people's data.
• Partner with CHRO, COEs, and OpCo HR leaders to embed analytics in decision-making.
• Drive data storytelling to translate analytics into clear business outcomes.
• Partner / build and mentor a high-performing analytics team across India. Develop internal capabilities for self-service analytics and insight generation.

For residents of California, New York, Washington, Ohio and Illinois as required under applicable pay transparency laws, the expected base salary for this position if filled remotely is $142,205 - $177,756. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi America's variable pay program, subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
