  • Key Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in project coordination or administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as email capabilities with Google applications.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Experience with maintaining databases and familiarity with electronic sourcing tools, such as Cvent, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines with minimal supervision, all while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to build relationships across departments and with volunteers.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand new technologies and integrate them effectively into existing workflows.
  • International travel may require an unexpired passport.
