Direct Marketing Campaign Coordinator I - Full Time, Direct / Database Marketing (Harrah's SoCal)

Assists in the effective implementation of direct marketing goals and programs supporting the following areas : database maintenance, direct mail marketing, casino events, casino promotions, and casino entertainment. Assists in enhancing the growth of gaming revenue through the development of our customer base, and markets our product effectively to ensure acquisition, retention and reactivation. Responsible for correct offer setup in the offers system along with setup of all supporting programs, such as LMS and EMS.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have previous computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL or other query tools a plus.
• Must be able to type 30 WPM.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Previous marketing experience a plus.
• Must have demonstrated ability to take initiative, be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well- groomed appearance.
