Do you like startups? Are you excited about helping Gen AI startups? Are you interested in the intersection of cloud computing, generative AI, and disrupting innovation? This role focuses on working with early-stage startups to help them leverage AWS technology to develop, train, tune, and deploy generative AI capabilities at scale.

Startups are the large enterprises of the future. These young companies seek to address underserved customers or challenge incumbents, often operating with scarce resources. You will work directly with a variety of startups and diagnostics startups to help them make pragmatic technical decisions, build enduring relationships, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor. You’ll also spend time learning new technologies and sharing knowledge through content and events.

As a member of the Generative AI Startups team, you will interact with customers to help them leverage AWS services to deliver value and accelerate growth, while advocating for the right product features based on customer feedback.

Key job responsibilities

• Help a diverse range of generative AI-focused startups adopt the right architecture at each stage of their lifecycle
• Support startups in architecting scalable, reliable, and secure solutions
• Support adoption of a broad range of AWS services to deliver business value
• Assist with the evolution and roadmap of the AWS platform by connecting engineering teams with customers for feedback
• Establish and build technical relationships within the startup ecosystem, including accelerators, incubators, and VCs
• Develop startup-specific technical content (e.g., blog posts, sample code, and solutions) to help customers solve problems and reduce time-to-market

A day in the life

The AWS Startup Solutions Architecture team focuses on helping startup companies deploy scalable, secure, cost-effective, and easy-to-operate architectures. You will work directly with customers, learn new technologies, and contribute to technical content and events.
