Planning, Design, and Construction Full-Time, Day Shift. Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities include managing capital projects, ensuring compliance with safety codes, developing construction policies, monitoring project quality assurance, managing the construction process, planning and coordinating construction projects, managing client stakeholders, ensuring safety measures, tracking project metrics, and determining project roles.
Requirements include a driver's license, preferred licensure as a construction professional, preferred certification as a healthcare constructor, preferred project management certification, high school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience, or associate's or bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of job-specific experience, and 3 years of leadership or management experience.
Additional preferences include healthcare experience, construction and project management experience.
