Real Estate Assistant – Join Silicon Valley’s Top Mid-Century Modern Team

Are you organized, proactive, and thrive on keeping projects moving while providing concierge-level client service? Atria Real Estate is looking for a polished, proactive Real Estate Assistant to join our tight-knit, collaborative team of two lead agents. This is more than an assistant role—you’ll have autonomy, ownership, and direct client interaction in a cozy, inspiring office environment (an ADU) that reflects our love for mid-century modern design.

The Details

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000 in addition to a team performance bonus

Benefits : Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Contribution toward medical benefits,

and 401(k) with employer contribution

Hours : Full-time, 40+ hrs, M-F (8-5) with some flexibility from time to time in the evenings and occasional weekends for emergencies.

Location : Sunnyvale, CA. You live within a 40-minute commute of Sunnyvale, CA. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license, and you carry insurance.

Responsibilities : What You’ll Do

Working from our polished and tranquil business office, you’ll play a central role in supporting the team as we close 35–40 transactions a year, keeping everything running smoothly. With organized systems and processes already in place, you’ll have the tools to stay on top of it all :
