The Job :

As an HVAC Lead Installation Technician , you won’t just install systems—you’ll be part of a team that brings comfort and peace of mind to homes, the right way . You’ll install furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and ventilation systems to the highest standards— no shortcuts, no nonsense.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Installing new HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork) to specs
• Testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning systems like a pro
• Providing guidance and training to your second and helper
• Fabricating and installing clean, efficient ductwork
• Communicating clearly and kindly with customers—because service matters
• Staying safe, compliant, and professional every step of the way
• Keeping your truck and tools in tip-top shape
• Documenting everything in ServiceTitan and XOi
• Collecting payments and keeping our back office looped in
• Participating in training and staying sharp on industry best practices
