About Us :

We are currently seeking responsible and reliable individuals to work directly with an autistic young adult within the Quakertown area. The position involves providing in-home and community-based support. The individual you will be working with is pleasant, fun to be around, has a good sense of humor, loves reading, and has a keen ability to learn new skills. The individual thrives with structure, routines, and the use of technology.

Hours : FLEXIBLE WEEKEND HOURS - Saturdays and Sundays 4 : 00 pm - 9 : 00 or 10 : 00 pm.

Qualifications :

• REQUIRED - Must have at least one of the following degrees or certifications :
• Registered Behavior Technician
• NADD Certification
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or Gerontology
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• 3+ years experience working with adults with Autism required.
• Familiarity with ABA techniques and principles.
• Successful completion of a drug test and the PA Background Check process
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
