Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing pediatric therapy team. This role focuses on providing evidence-based, compassionate care to children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of diagnoses, including developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, and fine / gross motor skill deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide parent / caregiver education to support carryover of skills in home and community settings.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation according to clinic guidelines and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with other therapists, educators, and specialists to promote optimal outcomes for each child.
